Return & Exchange Policy

IMPORTANT REFUND NOTICE - PLEASE READ FIRST

ALL REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE upon successful completion of our quality control (QC) process at our warehouse. The credit note will be sent to your registered email address and will be redeemable on future purchases made exclusively at taesthete.in.
Please note: We do not process monetary (cash/bank) refunds.

GENERAL TERMS

By agreeing to use the Taesthete exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s), you agree to be bound by this policy. Please review the policy before every transaction as it may change.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the delivery date.

  2. Returns & exchanges are not free; customer bears the shipping cost.

  3. All returns go through quality checks before processing.

  4. Exchanges are delivered within 7–10 working days.

  5. If stock is unavailable, an alternative product or credit note will be issued.

  6. Refunds for returns are in credit note form only.

  7. Products must be returned in original, unused condition.

  9. Only COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  10. Prepaid orders are final. No cash refunds. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS

Eligible if:

  • (a) Product doesn't fit

  • (b) Packaging damaged

  • (c) Defective product

  • (d) Missing parts

Conditions:

  • Product unworn, original tags/packaging intact, not altered

  • Matches order record

  • No odours/stains/scratches, and is saleable

Taesthete reserves the right to reject non-compliant returns.
